If your pass has been lost, stolen or damaged then a replacement is arranged online. Only proceed once you are sure that you no longer have your original pass. Once a replacement is ordered the old one will be hot listed and no longer valid for travel. This process cannot be reversed and you will need to wait for your new one to be posted to you or collected from office (email office@delainebuses.com) at the time of ordering to arrange collection.
While every effort is made to ensure Replacement Season Tickets are dispatched on the same working day for orders received before 1400 or next working day for orders placed after 1400 or on non-working days, it may take up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders are dispatched by 1st Class Post. Normal (non-refundable) fares will be applicable until you receive your replacement pass. If you email at the time of ordering you can arrange collection from the office.
