If your pass has been lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement can be arranged online. Only proceed once you are sure that you no longer have your original pass. Once a replacement is ordered, the original ticket will be hotlisted and will no longer be valid for travel, even if subsequently found. This process cannot be reversed and you will need to wait for your new ticket to be received before it can be used for travel.

We aim to dispatch replacement tickets ordered before 1400 on a working day on the same day. Orders received after 1400, or on a non-working day, will normally be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Once a ticket has been dispatched, Delaine Buses Ltd cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays within the postal system. Normal (non-refundable) fares will apply until the replacement ticket has been received and is available for use.
